Return Policy (clothing): Within 14 days of original purchase. Otsutree gladly accepts returns of unworn/unwashed clothing for a full refund, minus shipping. Please contact Otsutree if there are any issues with your order. Refunds must be approved before sending the item(s) back.

Return Policy (artwork): All Art sold on Otsutree are limited edition, collectible, and often one of a kind. Otsutree cannot accept returns on merchandise and we can’t issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different item.

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Pricing at the time of sale will be honored, with the exception of any price that was posted in error. If the price was posted in error, we will notify you with the correct price and give you the opportunity for a refund.

All pricing for product, tax and Shipping & Handling are in US Dollars. Conversion to any other currency will be made with exchange rate on the day of the transaction. Orders may take 1-3 days to process. All orders made after 5PM PST on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.
