Q. What kind of wood do you print on? How thick is the wood?
A. We print on Maple wood. The wood is .025" thick.
Q. What is the largest size that you can print?
A. 12 x 18" with a full bleed. 13 x 19" with a one inch border.
Q. Can you print other sizes?
A. Yes! Up to 13 x 19". Just email us for a price quote.
Q. Can you print the color white?
A. No. Anywhere that is white in your photograph or artwork will be the color of the wood.
Q. What is your turnaround time for a custom order?
A. Items usually ship within 7-10 business days. The quantity of the order is dependent on the processing time.
Q. What files to do accept?
A. We accept high resolution .jpg, .tiff or .eps files at 300 dpi in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Q. What printing process do you use?
A. CMYK: Four inks used in color printing: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black.
Q. Can you print on both sides of the wood
A. Yes, we can!. Just double the cost of the print.
Q. What if I'm unhappy with my custom print order?
A. We understand that there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause you to be unhappy with your custom print on wood. Maybe the artwork doesn't look like you imagined or the image you chose does not look so great on wood. Unfortunately, each piece is custom and made to order so we cannot offer a refund. All sales are final.

Return Policy: T-shirts can be retured within 14 days of original purchase. They must be unworn/unwashed for a full refund, minus shipping.
Custom orders are not refundable.
